Once the final 24 winners have been announced, the public vote will be open where friends, family, colleagues and acquaintances can all vote for who they believe is most deserving of our top accolades. The two winners (one from each category) will be decided based upon 50% of public vote and 50% of our judging panel.

The final nomination deadline is midnight on 23 September and the shortlist announcement and public vote opens on 31 October. The public vote closes on 14 November.

The 2016 awards ceremony will take place on 29 November at UNISON Centre in London.
